These terms are an agreement between you and Lailapps, the maker of Pullr. By creating an account or using Pullr, you accept them together with our Privacy Policy. If you use Pullr for a club or team, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Who can use Pullr
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for using online services on your own. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Pullr is not intended for children under 13; if we learn that one has an account, we will delete it.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person: don't share it or use someone else's. If you think someone has used your account, tell us at support@lailapps.com.
Teams and invitations
A team is created and run by its coaches and staff. They decide who joins and in which role, and they can remove members. You join a team through an invitation from its coaches; invitation links are single use and expire. Coaches are responsible for the information they enter about others, such as attendance, fees and equipment. Pullr only keeps a record of team fees: fees are paid between members and their team outside Pullr, and we are not a party to those payments.
Pullr Pro
Some features need Pullr Pro, which you buy as an in-app purchase. The price, the period and any free trial are shown before you buy.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it.
If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
A one-time purchase unlocks Pro without renewing.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Payments, cancellations and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from.
Deleting your Pullr account doesn't cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases brings Pro back on a new device.
Pullr Team package
The Team package is sold only on the web. Lemon Squeezy is the seller and takes the payment. The package renews every year until you cancel it. You cancel from the subscription link on the Team page, and the package stays active until the end of the paid period. One package covers one team with 30 seats, owner, staff and players included. The Turkey price is only for clubs and teams based in Turkey; a package bought at that price from another country may be put under review. If the owner deletes their Pullr account, the subscription is cancelled.
Your content
You keep ownership of the plays, names, pictures, comments and other content you add. You give us permission to store, copy and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Pullr. Content you share with a team becomes part of the team's history and stays with the team if you leave it or delete your account. Only add content you have the right to share.
Rules of conduct
Pullr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Don't use Pullr to:
post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent, or that infringes someone's rights;
share other people's personal information without their permission;
impersonate others, send spam or mislead people;
break, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits or security.
You can report content or a user to your team's coaches or to us at support@lailapps.com. We act on reports within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close the accounts involved.
Training and health
The drills, workouts and training plans in Pullr are general information, not medical advice. Flag football and strength training carry a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme, warm up, use proper technique and stop if you feel pain. Coaches are responsible for the sessions they plan and run.
Other services
Pullr works with services run by others, such as YouTube for film, Google Calendar for calendar sync and the app stores for purchases. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them. By using Pullr's film features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Our rights
Pullr's software, design, drill library and brand belong to Lailapps. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pullr for its intended purpose while you follow these terms. Don't copy, sell, rent out or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Pullr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it, and we will tell you why where appropriate. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut Pullr down, we will give reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and liability
We work to keep Pullr available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may at times be interrupted or contain errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Pullr in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Apple App Store
If you got Pullr from Apple's App Store: these terms are between you and Lailapps, not Apple. Lailapps, not Apple, is responsible for Pullr, its maintenance and support, and any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. If Pullr fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also follow the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the version number above changes; for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Pullr after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims there. Questions, complaints or claims about Pullr: Lailapps, support@lailapps.com.

Bu koşullar hakkında
Bu koşullar seninle Pullr'ın geliştiricisi Lailapps arasında bir sözleşmedir. Hesap oluşturarak ya da Pullr'ı kullanarak bu koşulları Gizlilik Politikamızla birlikte kabul edersin. Pullr'ı bir kulüp ya da takım adına kullanıyorsan, bu koşulları onun adına kabul etmeye yetkili olduğunu onaylarsın.
Pullr'ı kimler kullanabilir
En az 13 yaşında olmalısın; ülken çevrim içi hizmetleri tek başına kullanmak için daha yüksek bir yaş belirliyorsa o yaşta. 18 yaşından küçüksen bu koşulları senin adına anne, baba ya da vasinin kabul etmesi gerekir. Pullr 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır; böyle birinin hesabı olduğunu öğrenirsek hesabı sileriz.
Hesabın
Doğru bilgi ver ve giriş bilgilerini güvende tut; hesabında olan her şeyden sen sorumlusun. Bir hesap tek bir kişi içindir: paylaşma ve başkasının hesabını kullanma. Hesabını başka birinin kullandığını düşünüyorsan support@lailapps.com adresinden bize bildir.
Takımlar ve davetler
Bir takımı koçları ve staff'ı kurar ve yönetir. Kimin hangi rolle katılacağına onlar karar verir ve üyeleri çıkarabilirler. Bir takıma koçlarının gönderdiği davetle katılırsın; davet linkleri tek kullanımlıktır ve süresi dolar. Koçlar başkaları hakkında girdikleri yoklama, aidat ve ekipman gibi bilgilerden sorumludur. Pullr takım aidatlarının yalnızca kaydını tutar: aidatlar Pullr dışında üyelerle takımları arasında ödenir ve biz bu ödemelerin tarafı değiliz.
Pullr Pro
Bazı özellikler uygulama içi satın alımla edinilen Pullr Pro'yu gerektirir. Fiyat, dönem ve varsa ücretsiz deneme satın almadan önce gösterilir.
Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında mağaza hesabından alınır.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen aynı fiyat ve dönemle kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
Ücretsiz deneme başlatırsan, bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmedikçe deneme bitince ücretlendirilirsin. Abonelik satın aldığında denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
Tek seferlik satın alma Pro'yu yenilenmeden açar.
Aboneliklerini mağaza hesabının ayarlarından yönetir ve iptal edersin. Ödemeler, iptaller ve iadeler satın aldığın mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
Pullr hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Satın Alımları Geri Yükle, Pro'yu yeni bir cihazda geri getirir.
Pullr Team paketi
Team paketi yalnızca web'de satılır. Satıcı ve ödemeyi alan taraf Lemon Squeezy'dir. Paket sen iptal edene kadar her yıl yenilenir. İptal, Team sayfasındaki abonelik bağlantısından yapılır ve paket ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar geçerli kalır. Bir paket bir takımı kapsar ve sahip, staff ve oyuncular dahil 30 koltuktur. Türkiye fiyatı yalnızca Türkiye'de yerleşik kulüp ve takımlar içindir; bu fiyatla başka bir ülkeden alınan paket incelemeye alınabilir. Sahip Pullr hesabını silerse abonelik iptal edilir.
İçeriğin
Eklediğin oyunların, isimlerin, fotoğrafların, yorumların ve diğer içeriğin sahibi sen olmaya devam edersin. Bize bu içeriği yalnızca Pullr'ı çalıştırmak için saklama, kopyalama ve paylaştığın kişilere gösterme izni verirsin. Bir takımla paylaştığın içerik takımın geçmişinin parçası olur ve takımdan ayrılsan ya da hesabını silsen de takımda kalır. Yalnızca paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğun içeriği ekle.
Davranış kuralları
Pullr uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötü niyetli davranışa sıfır tolerans gösterir. Pullr'ı şunlar için kullanma:
hukuka aykırı, nefret içeren, taciz eden, tehdit eden, müstehcen ya da şiddet içeren veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmak;
başkalarının kişisel bilgilerini izinsiz paylaşmak;
başkasının kimliğine bürünmek, spam göndermek ya da insanları yanıltmak;
hizmeti bozmak, yoklamak ya da aşırı yüklemek veya sınırlarını ya da güvenliğini aşmaya çalışmak.
İçeriği ya da bir kullanıcıyı takımının koçlarına ya da support@lailapps.com adresinden bize bildirebilirsin. Bildirimler üzerine 24 saat içinde harekete geçeriz: bu kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırırız ve ilgili hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
Antrenman ve sağlık
Pullr'daki drill'ler, antrenmanlar ve antrenman planları genel bilgidir, tıbbi tavsiye değildir. Flag football ve kuvvet antrenmanı sakatlanma riski taşır. Yeni bir programa başlamadan önce bir hekime danış, ısın, doğru teknik kullan ve ağrı hissedersen dur. Koçlar planladıkları ve yürüttükleri antrenmanlardan sorumludur.
Diğer hizmetler
Pullr başkalarının işlettiği hizmetlerle çalışır: film için YouTube, takvim eşitleme için Google Takvim, satın alımlar için uygulama mağazaları gibi. Bunları kullandığında kendi koşulları geçerlidir ve onlardan sorumlu değiliz. Pullr'ın film özelliklerini kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'na (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) bağlı olmayı kabul edersin.
Haklarımız
Pullr'ın yazılımı, tasarımı, drill kütüphanesi ve markası üzerindeki tüm haklar Lailapps sahipliğindedir. Bu koşullara uyduğun sürece Pullr'ı amacına uygun kullanman için sana kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans veririz. Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı kopyalama, satma, kiralama ya da tersine mühendislikle çözme.
Askıya alma ve fesih
Pullr'ı kullanmayı istediğin an bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ağır ya da tekrar tekrar ihlal eden bir hesabı veya yasa gerektirdiğinde bir hesabı askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz; uygun olduğunda nedenini bildiririz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz; Pullr'ı kapatırsak makul bir süre önceden haber veririz.
Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırı
Pullr'ı erişilebilir ve doğru tutmak için çalışırız, ancak uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur; zaman zaman kesintiye uğrayabilir ya da hata içerebilir. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı ya da sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, veri kaybından ya da kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz ve sana karşı toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda Pullr için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm yasayla sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu ya da tüketici olarak yasal haklarını sınırlamaz.
Apple App Store
Pullr'ı Apple'ın App Store'undan edindiysen: bu koşullar Apple ile değil, seninle Lailapps arasındadır. Pullr'dan, bakımından ve desteğinden ve onunla ilgili ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk ve fikri mülkiyet talepleri dahil her türlü talepten Apple değil Lailapps sorumludur. Pullr geçerli bir garantiyi karşılamazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsin; Apple varsa satın alma bedelini iade eder ve Apple'ın başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. ABD hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı bir ülkede bulunmadığını ve ABD'nin yasaklı ya da kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığını onaylarsın. App Store Hizmet Şartları'ndaki Kullanım Kuralları'na da uymalısın. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve koşulları sana karşı uygulayabilir.
Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki sürüm numarası değişir; önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulamada ya da e-postayla bildiririz. Sonrasında Pullr'ı kullanmaya devam edersen yeni koşullar geçerli olur; kabul etmiyorsan hesabını silebilirsin.
Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciysen yaşadığın ülkenin emredici yasalarının sağladığı korumayı da korursun ve taleplerini orada ileri sürebilirsin. Pullr ile ilgili soru, şikâyet ve talepler için: Lailapps, support@lailapps.com.
